You have the right to request information about your own pay as well as the average pay, broken down by gender, for the group of employees performing work of equal value. Please submit your request in writing to [email protected]. Of course, you are also free to submit your request for information in writing. We ask that you also send written requests directly to the People Department. This is the only way to ensure that we can process your requests in a timely manner. We will respond to your request for information in writing within two months.

Ihr habt das Recht, Auskunft über die eigene Entgelthöhe sowie über das durchschnittliche Entgelt aufgeschlüsselt nach Geschlecht für die Gruppe der Arbeitnehmer verlangen, die eine gleichwertige Arbeit verrichten. Den Antrag reicht Ihr bitte jedenfalls in Textform an [email protected] ein. Natürlich bleibt es Euch unbenommen, den Antrag auf Auskunft auch schriftlich einzureichen. Wir bitten Euch, auch schriftliche Anträge direkt an das People Department zu richten. Nur so ist sichergestellt, dass wir Eure Anträge auch zeitnah bearbeiten können. Wir werden Euren Auskunftsanspruch innerhalb von zwei Monaten.
